The Barn Pavillion facility fee ranges from $500-$2,500, including 100 chairs and ten 5' round tables.

The Inn Dining Room fee ranges from $200-$700 depending on your event.

"We cannot thank you enough for the fantastic welcome party that you put on.
Everyone loved it! They said that it could have been the wedding.
The food was spectacular. I am famous for my apple pies but I was more impressed with yours!
Of course the pizza was scrumptious and I love how you cut it so that people can sample all the varieties.
The ever evolving salad was a huge hit with the strawberries and nuts.
I did not even get back to the s'mores, but I learned that they too were beyond belief with
the Lindt chocolate squares.

You have definitely not seen the last of the Pratt/Stitzer brigade.

This is the perfect setting for your dream country wedding, whether sophisticated or casual, or anywhere in between. Declare your vows under the open sky in our expansive meadows. The best part? You don't need to worry about the things you can't control, like the weather; the pavilion is a hop, skip, and a jump away and offers plenty of room as well as permanent, handicapped-accessible restrooms.

Consider The Inn at Lareau Farm an affordable
alternative to renting tents and potties!

THE INN: Our large, sunny, and airy dining room can accommodate 40-50 guests, decorated with antique dining tables, stained glass lamps, and oriental rugs. A perfect space for an intimate rehearsal dinner or a bon voyage brunch for you and your family. Through the French doors, our porch, with views of the meadows and mountains, offers seating for sixteen guests and may be used in conjunction with the dining room and outdoor gardens.

meadowTHE MEADOW: Our expansive backyard meadow boasts a romantic grass path to an intimate clearing. Choose just the right spot for declaring your love to friends and family. NEW IN 2008:Our rustic Sugar Maple arbor is available to you during your ceremony. It may be decorated as you desire.

THE BARN PAVILION:Our 40' X 80' pavilion can comfortably hold 120-140 guests for a chairsseated dinner and up to 200 guests for a cocktail party. Additional tents may be ordered to accommodate larger numbers of guests. The facility has a small bandstand, a simple sound system, twinkle lights, and spacious bathrooms with hot and cold water. For the unfair weather plan, the pavilion has tent sides with French-arched windows and awood stove.

Our fields are perfect for a game of bocce, croquet, and other outdoor fun. You may choose from several options to hold your ceremony on the premises.

American Flatbread has built a wood-fired clay festival oven and a stone fire circle! (Be sure to ask about our S'mores party!) A great idea for the rehearsal dinner, wedding anniversary, or a birthday celebration.

Our innkeepers can cater to small groups of guests for bridal showers or corporate meetings. We gladly host other caterers and would be happy to make a suggestion. The Inn has a full alcohol license provided by the state of Vermont. We'll assist you in designing the style of beverage service required for your event.

We offer full event planning consultation services which will include assisstance with your event and a timeline to share with your vendors to help organize your special day.

We ask that you have family and friends fill the Inn for your celebration weekend (2-3 night minimum) creating an intimate and private gathering of loved ones.
