Additional $20.00 per person with rooms that can accomodate
more than 2 guests or a dog, if permitted.
Two night minimums are required
during the usual "Holiday" periods.

Our lucky weekend guests will have preferred seating

DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION
POLICY
A
50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Before 21
days of arrival personal checks are acceptable within 21 days
of arrival your deposit must be quaranteed with a Visa or M/C.
If you should cancel or shorten your reservation prior to 21
days of arrival, your deposit will be refunded. Within 21 days
of scheduled arrival, your deposit will be forfeited if we are
unable to rebook the room. We prefer cash or personal check
for final payment and accept Visa or M/C.
